they say ..so-in-so made 3 million for this film..how did they get paid?also how about sitcom actors?

its sent to there agents and then into there acounts. but the amount they get paid is wierd. like if you do a commercial, you get paid every single time that comercial is on tv. for tv shows. they get paid so much per show plus if the show is doing so good then they make more but if its not a good show and it only lasts one-two seasons then they dont make as much. for a movie...you get so much depending on how good the movie was and how many people saw it. also you also get paid per hour whether its a tv show, commercial or movie you always get paid per hour. it ranges from 50 per hour up to like 400 or 500 perhour.
