She was driving under the influence and could've hit someone. she also left the scene of the accident? I believe she thinks she will not do any jail time. Since she went start to rehab. I also didn't hear is she even got a ticket for the accident. Hmm... just wondering if she ever did.

She should go to jail or be on house arrest. That would be better, because everyone knows that the judicial system gives special treatment to celebrities.
I also think Paris hilton should go back to jail for 6 months. :)
and not be confined to a cell, so she can get her *** beat by the inmates. oh yes.
