He's faking. Celebs always pretend they're mad and they're going to sue when naked pics or porno tapes come out. They know they're going to make alot of money from it so they release them on purpose and fake that they're all upset about it. If you're a celeb and you know paparazzi are following you around all the time and hiding in trees taking pics of you, what do you do? Go outside naked? Have sex outside? Leave a porno tape of yourself laying around so someone can "steal" it? They know what they're doing. It's for publicity.
