So my friend thinks that miley cyrus only got the partof "Hannah Montana" just because she is the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus (or whatever his name is)! And she thinks that Miley didn't have to work at all to get that part she just had to audition and she would get it because her dad is fmaous. Do you think that that is true? If you don't think its true could you plz find some evidence or a website so that i can prove to my friend that she is wrong. Thanx in advance!

Nope. She's wrong. Miley said in some videos of interviews I saw that they called for 15 year olds for the part and she was only 11. They kept saying no because she was too young and so she kept telling her mom she wanted makeup, high heels, and anything to make her look older. And she kept on going back everytime they said no. I don't remember everything else exactly but she kept going back more and they finally said yes.
