Can some1 give me some tips with weight training?

ok.. im only 17 yrs old, im male, 63 kilos and 173cm tall. im pretty skinny. i used to be overweight (75 kg) but i lost the weight and now im 63 kilos. as i said, im skinny, but i have alot of body fat; not much muscle. i have been doing weights for a little while, about 2 months, slowly im seein results in my arms, not as much shoulders, a little in the chest (only when i tense i can feel the chest muscle) and a little in the abs. what would you recommend for me? workout changes? anything with core workouts?

hey! my metric international neighbor!I suggest you change your work out every once in a while so that you don't get bored of it because you won't put in as much spirit into a tedious excercise plan. Use new equipment. Resistance bands on pretty cheap and are an interesting way to replace dumb bells for a bit if you use those. Eat lots of protein take vitamin supplements. For the chest...if you have a swiss ball you can do push ups on it. place ur back on the very edge of the ball and stablize yourself you'll be working out your pecs while working on your balance and quads! For your shoulders there's this funny looking excercise you can do any where at home, while traveling to school/work you name it! all you have to do is shrug. This is all information I remember learning when I took P.E. in h.s. hope it helps!
