I have a question about Pete Best?

Pete says that there may be 2 or 3 people who really know why he was removed as the Beatles' drummer before they hit it big. Are those 2 or 3 people, Paul, Ringo & George Martin?
There may have been more before George, John & Bryan Epstien died. What do you all think?

Well Paul would definitely know. As for the others, the story the Beatles put about (and George Martin himself) was that George M didn't think much of Pete's drumming and wanted to use a session musician instead - so the Beatles put their heads together and decided to get Ringo, who was a friend of theirs, in and get rid of Pete. So I'd say Paul, George Martin, and maybe Ringo - I suppose he would have been filled in somewhere along the line.
