Why didn't they let Zac Effron sing for Troy Bolton in High School Musical 1?
They guy that sang it was Drew Seeley. But, why didn't they let Zac Efron do it? He sings pretty well in Hairspray.

they didnt because zac's voice was too low for the songs so they had drew sing them. however zac will be singing in HSM2 and HSM3. and i agree he sounds amazing in Hairspray!
