For all of you that have met him how did you start a conversation with Pete Wentz?

I have not met him BUT my friend has: FOB manager tripped over my friends shoe before one of their concerts and he(the manager) was like oh no its ok , How many are with you for the concert and then she told him and he gave her (and all the friends she was with ) backstage passes and let them eat dinner with fob before the show!! and then THey all met fall out boy and my friend didnt tell me what she said to pete but she said he was really nice!
