ooo hah ive been wondering that same thing too...but panic at the disco they shoud have a album around from the time of august-october around that time but i really hope it comes out soon ...and also if u want u can be checking there website ''panicatthedisco.com to see if they have put up any updates (even tho they havent recently) to check if they have wrote or said anything about the album comming soon..but i really dontthink they will come out wtih an album anytime in july but maybe late august
