Am I the only one who remembers Queen Latifah during the 1992 riots?

Am I wrong, wasn't it she who said, we need a day of killing white people? Did she not say that? Now she's playing at the Hollywood Bowl?
I know there will be all ethnic goups in audience, did white people forget? I won't, did she ever apalogize?

I'm 90% sure it was her. I'd never heard of her till then, then like 5 years later, she was in movies and stuff. Unless it was some other Queen, I don't think so.

does anyone remember Queen Latifah's early work? She spewed venom about killing white people and was backed up by people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. People easily got past that and she's a very well-liked celebrity. As has been stated in earlier posts, we don't know what was said to Michael Richards to provoke him. Peace.

I certainly remember the 1992 riots. The buses in Long Beach had to stop running and all the other stuff. I dont remember Queen Latifah saying that, but if it's true-I'm not sure an apology would be good enough. How can we check this out?
