What was the deal with Duff and grab-bags?
I heard something on the news about Hilary Duff's concert containing adult grab-bags and 12yr olds getting it.
Can someone explain in detail about what went on? Who was responsible for the grab-bags?
I'm not a fan of Duff though just curious.

I don't know. I heard it one day that the bags contained condoms or something. I don't think Hilary has addressed it very much.
