Actually, it was Scary Spice.
Her daughter Phoenix Chi, was born on February 19, 1999.
Posh Spice just followed a month later:
"The two were married at Luttrellstown Castle, Ireland on 4 July 1999,the couple's son Brooklyn, then four months old, was the ring bearer" -> which makes him born in March.
"Son Brooklyn Beckham born. [4 March 1999]"
