It depends what she wants to get famous for. If it were for acting I'd say take some acting classes to see if she even likes it, and if she does look for an agency. If it's singing, get private lessons and audition for American Idol. If it's modeling try modeling for local places like Shopko, Target, and Wal-Mart (I know a bunch of people who do that), and then find an agency or go to a ProScoutDiscovery audition/meeting thing. Good luck, not everyone makes it big in Hollywood!
