Answers: 2008. it was supposed to come out summer of 07, but obviously that didnt happen--and ryan ross said they were re-writing most of the lyrics[and music, i think. maybe just the lyrics.] because they were disgusting[ex- true love is not a fairytale.]
so yeah, expect it in 08. it is supposed to come out in late 2007 or early to mid 2008 FEBRUARY 2008 Early February 2008. I can't wait.
