You're thinking of lust :) I dont even think thats possible! if you never talked to this person You dont know this person! So how can you fall in love if you dont know how his personality is?
You can fall outta love pretty fast when you find out that he is completely different from what you expected!

Well maybe you have seen the way they are around other people or it's something to do with there sense of humour which makes you smile when your in there presence which makes you feel something for them.
