First of all: he is a nice guy and donated $300 million + to charity, he takes good care of his kids, and works hard, and he never molested any kid, those were just lies
If u look, Michal Jackson is the best singer of all time, he has sold more records than anyone else including Elvis, THe Beatles, for a young black man to achieve that was huge espeacailly during a time of a lot of racism in other countries.
And if there is no Micheal Jackson then there would be no Akon, Usher, Justin Timerlake, Beyone

He certainly did some non-standard stuff. Only natural people will feel alienated and confused at some point by that, right or wrong.
Don't know about "young women" specifically not liking him. Mostly it seems the older crowd. That's true. I don't know why. I guess the molestation issue really got to people. Maybe coz of all the hype of his trial and the kids accusations when u think about it he is a really great performer but i guess the bad overrules the good in his case. The younger girls don't REALLY KNOW Michael Jackson's PHENOMENAL musical history. THEY know him for the "scandals" and "innappropriate behavior" in his more RECENT years. Michael Jackson is a musical genius! (..as far as MY generation is concerned!) =) Hey yes but i love him. Because most people do believe he is a child molester. Any adult non-related male who invites little boys into his bed can expect to receive the wrath of the public. This may not be the answer you want, but you asked why people hate Michael Jackson and this is why. I guess the other "younger people" only know him for the negative things said about him. They don't know that there's so many good things about him.I'm one of the very "young women", and I absolutely love him. The argument is not that he's a wonderful entertainer, he's extremely talented but he thinks he is above EVERYONE. Michael proved that when he would show up to court late and in his pj's. WTF? He is a freak and it's not entirely his fault. His issues have issues.:o he's a freak a rapest he can rape anyone and i think he kidnaps children AND NO ONE IN there RIGHT MIND WOULD BE JEALOUS OF HIM who would be? jeez i'd hate to be him i don't hate him... i like his music but the rape issue is kinda disturbing dont ya think? I think michael jackson is great and i wished the media would leave him alone.
