Answers: roy chubby brown, Flavor Flav! Sean Penn and Bryan Adams, they are not handsome but they have something appealing! lol! Also french actor Gerard Depardieu. It's strange coz I don't see ugly unless the person is mean most of the time. Then they look ugly to me. And then I don't favor them. Who doesn't love Kathy Burke =] Ricki Tomlinson & Natasha Kaplinsky hugh laurie! but maybe its just his sarcastic wit thats appealing!! lol :) Mr Bean lol I don't have favorurite ugly peron but devil is the ugliest Shane McGowan.

Miley cyrus you have got to be kidding, no one picked Donatella Versace, she may know her fashion but she is not good looking.
