Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.
And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license. Gordon was pissed today when TMZ posted video of Spears cavalierly driving her kids around Malibu.

also driving with her kids with no license-courting the ciurt engaging it their endangerment Yes it's true. I was just reading about it online. finally! she got what she deserved! those kids need some real parent who can take good care of them! (but come on' k-fed? dang poor kids) Bad mother who has screwed up those kids, probably beyond repair. The alcohol, drugs, and general stupidity of the person.
I'm so sick of hearing people say that they pity the 'poor girl.' Her fall to oblivion doesn't only affect her.
What about the kids?! They have to be the ones that watch their mother going into a downward spiral.
The only bad thing that I can see coming out of that article was who they gave the kids to. Well there's a couple of reasons behind it. first off, you're right, it's shocking because taking the children from the mother is almost unheard of. Kevin federline's attorney was really smart about it. he told kevin, to KEEP HIS BUTT AT HOME because brittany would technically "hang herself out to dry with her antics". which she did. she has failed controlled substance tests (which kevin passed), she is currently being charged with a hit and run (a misdemeanor or felony depending on the situation), she has had bizzare behavior (shaving head and late nights out partying), and her own family (mother and sister) stated that they were concerned about her parenting abilities. plus, she has made repeated attempts at rehab (all of which she doesn't stay for the full treatment, she quits early). when you pile all of this together, it makes kevin look like an angel....it's not necessarily a permanent move, but for the time being kevin is going to get the children. But she has proven time and again that she cannot be trusted
