Answers: It's not too bad, just watched the whole thing.
He first says that he bought Bill a present for his birthday, and then Bill didn't invite him to the party, so he says : Bill you are an "a*se".
Later they are talking about a gig Bushido is going to be at (didnt quite catch where or what), and then Stefan Raab says I will invite Tokio Hotel specially for you.
Then Bushido says : Yes, please, Bill - he is pure sex. And then he does that thing with his fingers. He is just trying to be ironic, it's not particularly nasty, just stupid. well i dont so sorry
