ok so i want to start a free website (fansite) for an actor.
1. what is the best free site to go with?
2. how can i find all of the information on them not by stealing it from other fansites, there is no official page for him either.
3. how can i recieve updates of his: e.g.

Answers: Who is it going to be for? But just make it your own. You can decorate it with icons, quizzes, and facts. You cannot really steal facts from other sites because they are facts (true things about that celeb) it is just the way you phrase it. I am not really sure how this works, but you could try to contact one of his managers or agents or write to him or his company to see if you could be a fan club president. That way you could provide an email address or address for fans to send emails or letters to. Then, you get the chance to get free tickets (if it is a musician that you are talking about) and meet them/go backstage. As for recieving updates, check out his other fan sites or if there is a magazine that is is in constantly. For example, Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Zac Efron are all in magazines like Bop, Tigerbeat, M, Popstar, Twist, J-14...etc. Depenging on who it is maybe check out People Magazine.
