I think so cuz in HSM 2, the camera didnt really show her!
Answers: No, it's because Ashley Tisdale isn't the /nicest/ character on High School Musical II or High School Musical.
That's why they didn't feature her that much; BUT, if you notice, she is on A LOT of commericials and they do put up her music videos such as 'Kiss The Girl', and they have contest to meet her(Back to School; Walmart Shopping Spree and Meet Corbin Bleu and Ashley Tisdale)
Ashley is probaly a respected Disney Channel star, since she IS a main character in 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' and High School Musical and High School Musical II. Source(s):

&& Cousin is good friends with someone who works there. um not sure. i guess your rite but u know she isnt a main character plus in hsm series she was snobby so no 1 really liked her character na ah!! They follow the script, not because they dislike her! Just think about all those characters who disappear in Movie sequels.. Like Harry Potter.. Characters come and go, and some even lose some of their lines!!!

FABULOUS was a totally cool song!! ha ha!! it's the coolest song from HM2 i dont think so....but in hsm2...she was kinda of the enemie in the movie and not the main character No I totally have to agree Fabulous was awesome! But I really think the only character disney channel will dislike is none other than vanessa hudgens! Why go nude in front of a camera!!!!! totally lol..did you SEE the movie?? It was about her and Zac, like, through the whole thing!!!
Watch it agian with yur eyes open, you'll see her ALOT more. hmm, really...? I thought they showed her more than Vanessa.... lol... disney loves everyone as long he/she is making money for them. ;)
