There is a saying that I think applies very nicely to Britney: "Some people's kids." I sincerely believe that she is in need of some real, serious help. I'm not a fan, but people need to get lives. Ever since she's tried to make a comeback, all everyone does is focus on her ****. whatever she is or is not, she is a person, a mother so leave her to do all those things that she would have done had her parents allowed her to have a normal upbringing - loosingout on childhood has huge repercussions - she is only rebelling now - sadly, once she has responsiility for children. The cult of celebrity will only persist, in a meaningless manner, if we continue to ask questions such as this She is immature, defiant, egocentric, insensitive and lacks a sense of responsibility. She missed a lot of experiences and lessons a person gets growing up going through the normal childhood phases.

She can still do OK but it can be harder because she has to parent herself now.
