Celebrities have people watch their kids, cook their food, drive for them, and basically wait on them hand and foot. They hire people to do the drudgery that they don't want to do. So, why wouldn't they hire a whole company just to answer emails for them? you are not in love with her-just the idea of her. we never really know famous people just what image they try to put across. i have seen charlotte church out loads in cardiff and she looks so different and acts very different to on tv. she still swears loads but she isn't a "regular" friendly down to earth girl as she likes to pretend-very very rude.
thats just a little example so you can see that you don't know this actress at all. she might be nice-but she might be horrid! either way, she's probably very different in looks and personality to what you think! good luck! Tell me who this is?
Most of fan emails are answered by assistants and not the individual actress themselves.
They don't know who is a crazy fan or a stalker. They cannot take any chances.
