Answers: Ellen DeGeneres gives away a dog because it doesn't get along with her cats and it's all over the news. My God!! She didn't put it up in a dog fight. She didn't starve it and mistrreat it. She didn't accidently tie it behind her car and drag it to death. She gave away to her hairdresser. Don't we have other things to concern ourselves with? Doesn't news agencies have more important things to report on? It's a diversion tactic to steer people's attention away from wars, wars to come, rising oil and food prices, drought across large areas of the US and Mr. Ann Coulter's (yes Mr. there's something extra under that skirt and I'm not talking about the swastika tattoo) racist comments about Jews.

And silly people pay attention to this drivel about celebrities and sit at home and wring their fat pudgy hands and wonder what burger joint they will get their food from.

And that's why we're all doomed. The World is becoming STUPID ..thats the only logical answer . and news agencies do not have more important things to report on because sadly they only care about making money , and we humans actually buy that crap !! Because that's what the media does...they wait for a celebrity to do something...anything...and then they pounce. Of course this is a situation of supply and demand. If the public didn't buy into the media's madness....then they wouldn't report it. my boyfriend sees the entertainment magazines on the shelves and is like " do people really pay to see a freakin pic of someone gettin out of a car " or stupid photos of stars. why do they even matter? i dont know but im addicted to the star magazines. cant help it I completely agree with you! Absolutley ridiculous!
