About the rapper TI?!
Question: I know that TI is in serious trouble. So you think he has a 50% chance of being not guilty on those gun charges?? I mean his music career was going good and he just had to mess up. Well do you think he has a chance to be not guilty, since most celebrites always win? ? ?

Oh hes defiantly going to be Guilty as the the sentencing they might be easier on him, He was caught red handed, His bodyguard was approached by the police and given a option to wear a wire or go to jail so of course he chose the obvious, So the have evidence on him, as to his guns found in his home and cars he is trying to say that he's not the only one that lives in that house and they aren't his (another Vick!)

ha! you call this a mess up? it will only get him more publicity. look what happened to tupac after he got out of jail, and even moreso after he died

I don't think he'll come out not guilty, he'll probably get some probation. You know all they want Is money.
First of all, I'm a big TI fan, even at 56 years old. TI was doing good, but he knew the Feds were after him - they have been for years. The general concensus here in the ATL is that yes he was set up (by the Feds and the bodyguard), but that it's his own fault for allowing himself to be set up. He's going to probably do some time, maybe not the entire 10 years they're projecting, but at least some time. His criminal history is too well documented, plus if the Feds don't get him, the State of Georgia probably will, because he was already on probation and one of the conditions of his probation was no firearms. It'll be better if he does State time, because he is at least recognized here, and people do still love him here. He made a mistake, but then the last man that walked on water died over 2000 years ago. My heart goes out to him and his family.
well i know this for a fact...gun charges are usually something that the government doesn't really let go too much. He is going to have to plea down to lesser charges and explain the reason for needing such fire power...the fact that he had prior criminal charges and convictions already prohibits him from owning any type of a fire arm. The chance of him getting off 100% scott free...not going to happen....will he see the inside of a cell...more than likely not. He is going to be fined a very heafty amount and be placed on supervised probabtion...any more slip ups for him after that...then yea he is going away for a bit. I have been in law for a couple of years and delt with the legal game for several.
Also keep in mind...it could very well be a publisidy stunt to get more ratings.
