Technically, he's not in jail yet, he's just being held til Friday. After that, he'll face a weapons charge and then the judge will decide his fate
well he go back to court friday i miss him so much its like hes mine but he got that doe low so hell be home i hope??
This are some serious weapon charges that he is facing and he going to need some very smart lawyer's to get him out of this mess. He looking at at least 5-7 years in prison. The charge's are all felony's.
