I thought John Goodman died along time ago?!

Question: I thought that he died about 5 or 6 years ago..He is Dan off of Roseanne.... I remember something on the radio about it and on TV????... But I watched Evan Almighty tonight and he played in it....So apparently he didn't die.. but does anyone else remember this??

his character had a heart attack in one of the last seasons of rosanne... maybe that threw you off?

maybe the people on tv and radio were discussing that?

i don't know, just an idea.

Yup - still kicking!

nope. still breathing.
:D

Maybe you're thinking of John Candy.

He's alive and kicking. Maybe you are thinking of John Candy or Chris Farley.

John Goodman is still very much a live. You may be referring to John Candy, though he died more then 5 or 6 years ago, 13 to be exact. I use to get them confused sometimes both John’s and rather big guys.

I believe his character Dan Conner had a heart attack and died in the final season. John Goodman is still alive though

You are probably thinking of either John Candy or Chris Farley. Both were heavyset comedians kinda similar to John Goodman and starred in lots of funny movies.

He had some heart problems, I think, got married and moved to Louisiana. He was in that movie with George Clooney, "Oh, Brother Where Art Though", and "The Big Lebowski"..He was on SNL a ton of time between his Rosanne days and now. He was in "Evan Almighty" this past summer. You've been living under a rock or something man...

they killed him off
on roseanne heart attack at darleens wedding very trajic

No...he's still around. He does mostly voice over work and cartoon films now. Last season he did a couple of skits on SNL. He also own buinesses in the Chicago area. Also, he did a spot on t.v. (he's the train conductor) for New Orleans vacations.
