Well, there are lots of rich people that try not to pay their taxes, color really does not have anything to do with it. I do agree that Al Sharpton is an idiot though.....
Did you read the rest of the list? What is it about rich white/Asian people and corporations not paying their taxes? Do they think they are above everyone else? I bet if the government tries to prosecute, Donald Trump would say ... oh, never mind, I feel silly saying all this stupid stuff even in jest.

The problem is most celebrities don't do their own taxes.
They hire people to do it, and not all those people are trustworthy. As long as people with a lot of money hire people to ensure they pay as little as possible, this will continue to happen.
Al Sharpton, who by the way is largely irrelevant cannot speak for the IRS. Unless you are an indigenous American, you must pay taxes on all earned income. I don't care about the circumstances of those before you. As Willy Nelson found out, the government can and will seize assets to satisfy tax obligations. The people you reference in your question will I assume be targets of such actions if they fail to meet their obligations. They can't play the race card with the IRS.
