Question: No sorry. Mother Abbess was played by distinguished actress Peggy Wood and though she did sing on broadway it was a much different style to Peggy Lee. Also sad to say that despite her long singing career it wasn't her singing in The Sound of Music. Her voice was dubbed by Margery McKay.
