Sorry, I do not know when he will be in LA or his phone number. I do not think anybody will know his phone number unless they are really close friends that can be trusted not to give the number out or his family. But you can enter contests in Disney magazines such as M, Tigerbeat, Bop, Twist, Popstar, etc... Also, in the back of all of those magazines it gives his address so you can send him fan mail.
