yes that is really him! if you read his thing on his profile and see his answers to the question you can tell that it is really him! Even though they said they didn't have any other acounts Joe just made this one recently!

If it is a celeb it says "Celebrity" under their avatar name. I have seen it before on Yahoo! Answers. But maybe it is him. I don't know. But he is really busy so how could he go on?
