Answers: This whole thing has already become so overblown! Big Deal, he said the "N" word, rappers use it all the time!

If you know the meaning of the word "******" then you obviously know it's a "low down dirty person" not a person of African descent. And that's just the way he used it. He says he was referring to her CHARACTER not her race which means he was using the correct adjective to describe her. So in his opinion, she's a low down dirty person. I would support his claim.

It's other people that take it out of context.

Ha, now that's funny. Al Sharpton is probably the only human being on the planet with less credibility than Dog.

Dogs already kissed a** - I mean... talked to Sharpton. He'll be fine

i can't believe he said those things, i use to like he's show ,but now i think he's a racist

That's no excuse! He is always on TV trying to seem like the minister of Morality, when in fact he's just another racist, extremist, neo-con! No wonder why he's so liked by individuals like Glen Beck...

"Dawg" is a racist, plain and simple. His heart is filled with hate to utter such words of contempt about a black person. I don't buy the excuse that the n-word means something different in this context. There are plenty of other words he could have used. The word is a term of contempt or hate. You can't clean it up by qualifying your usage.

LOL...I agree it's way too overblown! I want to know who the heck recorded a private conversation like that? The son? Everybody has their own opinion and I don't think that he meant it as a racial slur! Besides, remember it was a private conversation! I cannot even imagine what would happen if everyones "private conversations" were made public! No one is exempt from having said the wrong thing in anger or an emotional state. Get a grip people he is human just like the rest of us! Judge not, lest thee be judged. How would people view you if your "private conversations" were made public? Think about it! The moral is: watch what you say, because you never know who's listening! God bless all!

I think it is being overblown too. Do I like the "N Word"? No. But I also don't like hearing people call each other fat, stupid, lazy, worthless, etc. Those words can hurt just as much if not more. When people start realizing that all these words are hurtful and not just the dreaded "N Word" then I will take note when someone says it. Until then, the "N Word" is just another derogatory comment that just says that the user is probably mad and wants to hurt someone's feelings. It doesn't always mean that they are racist. In fact, most people who use the word racist usually can't define it.
