She dont think what she thinks. She just go out in public scruffy without brushing her hair and cant be bothered what she looks like in public.
I dont think shes that ugly. If she sort herself out and be more responsible by brushing her hair, a little bit of make up on and get fashion tips of expert because she needs one.
