Her name is Tiffany Giardina. She's a singer I guess because she was on the Radio Disney Incubator. I asked a question exactly like this after I seen pictures of them with her on jonasbrothers101.com under them with celebrity friends. I don't think hse dated Nick or any of them, I think she is either like Miley Cyrus and is all flirty and annoying and hangs all over them or is just really close with them.
