Mandy is the Jonas Brothers very good and old friend. they have all known each other for a very long time and grew up together. Joe did date Mandy and they sitll get along great. I was at a Jonas Brothers concert this past summer and Mandy was there. I got a pic of her :) she seems like a very nice person. She is also really pretty too. But if you go to the Jonas Brothers myspace page, she is number one in their top friends (left side of their page after the list of their concert dates). You can view her profle even if you do not have a myspace. To friend her you do have to have a mypace though. She accepts all of her fan friend requests and tried to comment back if you write on her wall. It is hard for her since she gets so many fans that comment her but she does her best to write on your wall as soon as she can.
