Unless there is an orange (orange, right?) OFFICIAL bar under their name and picture, they are not an official celebrity. So, you may want to think about that before you believe any other celebrity goes on Yahoo! Answers. ;)
And yes, there have been many celebrities always asking questions on Yahoo! Answers. There was Matt Dillon one time and then the Supernanny. If you mean celebrities from Disney Channel, then LOL - no, they don't have a profile on here.
