Well, there are a lot of rumors and theories stating that Tupac & Biggie's deaths are a conspiracy.
A few years back I heard from a source that Pac was living in the Islands, recording. It was also stated that if you were to look at Mackaveli's album, mixing the letters up it will come up as "I'm alive K" as in Ok.
Conclusive witness statements say different. Allegedly some ppl saw the body in the casket, other's say there was no body.
Well the general public wasn't inside/cameras weren't inside the funeral parlor where Pac "was allegedly lay to rest"
Is he alive, well that all depends upon one's judgement call and basing it on evidence, knowledge of the crimes, etc.
I personally, believe he very well could be.
