Saving Private Ryan - It is at the end when Tom Hanks' character has been shot and the tank is crossing the bridge. Hanks pulls out his sidearm pistol and in a futile but courageous effort, shoots at the tank. Wounded and about to die, he remains a soldier to the end. WHAT A SCENE!

*Edit to sullivan street: Boy, does that grab you or what! I tell you, that movie can make grown men cry. It is the best docu-drama on WWII that I've ever seen. Tom Hanks is phenomenal to say the least...his best performance ever, I think.

When Neo realises he is the "One"

"The Matrix"

Roy Batty's monologue at the end of Blade Runner.

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe...".

ADRIEEEEENNEEE !!!

The ending of the Usual Suspects- absolute genius!!

When the warden realises Tim Robbins has escaped in Shawshank Redemption.

Sixth Sense when you realise Bruce Willis is dead.... should have been so obvious!!

However for all time greatest moments it has to be the ending of Casablanca

Wow. Of all time? That's tough (and you made a good choice - you're such a funny guy! lol).

I'd have to say the closing scene in the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy realizes it was just a dream, but there truly is "no place like home".

The last scene in Casablanca where Humphry Bogart and Claude Raines are walking off into the fog; discussing their escape from the Nazis. Bogart uses the famous phrase, "I can see the beginnings of a beautiful friendship."
Good movie

In groundhog day, the insurance sales pitch about the dismemberment plan. You gotta pay attention to catch it, but it's pure gold.

From "Casablanca":

Captain Renault: "I'm shocked, shocked that gambling is going on in here!"

croupier: "Your winnings, sir."

when Tina Turner finally punched Ike in the back of the car in 'Whats Love Got To Do With It'

the bit in Apocalypse Now, when the choppers remove th VC village from the map in a deluge of rocket and small arms fire to the sound of "the ride of the valkyrie" being blasted out from the chopper loudspeaker system. Absolutely awesome.
