she needs some serious help...but she has to WANT to help herself...until then, maybe if we stop focusing so much attention on her antics, she'll finally get her sh!t together...

I've seen other children pushed as a child to be famous more, I dunno; feeling bad for her won't do anything, she's not completely bad though.

i think so too, although she is an adult, she has to take some responsibility for her actions.
I think that though she may have had it rough, she has enough money to not complain about much.
i do feel pity for her i think she needs take a few months go to rehab stay there or a place where press cant follow take sometime to regroup come back better than ever and get her kids back from k-fed

i agree, shes not all that great anymore. her new songs arent as good as her old ones, if it wasnt for k fed and all her drama, nobody would know she existed anymore
initally i did feel bad for her... but now it is all her own doing.... got married twice... had two children..... and yet she doesn't seem to want to grow or even learn from her mistakes... rehab.... it isn't like she grew up in a bad household... she has supportive parents that she never had a problem with until she started spiraling out of control... she truely looks like she is loosing her mind... if loosing custody of her two children hasn't gotten her in line WHAT IS???
and i do like britney.. i just think at some point you have to be responsible for your actions and not blame your celebrity on your 'misfortunes'

I agree. She is as well clearly not that good of a mother. She prolly cares, but it's not like she pays all her focus on her two children. Her mother probly didn't teach her enough when she was young. When you become famous everything becomes about you and a lot is expected from you. Now she finaly rebels because she doesn't want to live up to people's expectations anymore. The other part about becoming famous (expecially at sucha young age) everything becomes about you and your needs. As she grew up she probly had no clue how to take care of anyone else, but herself. Now with the children she is pretty much in shock and that can explain all the drugs and alcohol. She needs to grow up, but it wouldn't be so hard if her mom didn't introduce that poor little girl to hollywoods standards at such a young age.
yeah she was pushed way too hard i saw a clip where they were talking about all the dental surgeries she had as a child to make her teeth perfect and there was nothing wrong with them
I think she got her hands on money before she was properly educated on things you can buy with money that aren't so good with you.

I'll feel bad for Brittney when she gives me something good to feel about. I mean, she doesn't really seem to be trying to do anything except for... get money someone how and complain how the world is evil.
she's nothing special. she's not the first person to become a singer or do drugs or treat her kids negligently. she's just another person. so why don't we get into every drug abuse or psychiatric case? i don't really care one way or the other.

You know what...I'm mixed about her. Part of me thinks "Britney Spears = ****," but then if you think about it...this is a huge money-maker for her. She's getting a ton of publicity...and honestly, I wouldn't put it past her agents and record label (etc.) to be making a big deal out of everything on purpose...just to get her name out there again.
Avril Lavigne said something lately about how people in the industry know coming into it that this is how their lives are going to be for as long as they stay famous, and they just have to deal with it. I agree with this - yes, it's a ton of pressure, but they're laughing all the way to the bank.
The only thing I still get pissed about is the paparazzi. Those people need to get real jobs and back off a bit. They're purposely getting themselves run over and pushed around now, just so they can win a lawsuit or two. So manipulative.
the paparazzi evolves around her all the time. even when she allows cameras into her home to have a peek into her life during interviews, i feel that she's faking it; she's not her real self. maybe, she don't even know who she really is.
but how can you when the public has set such high standards from you? cameras are around you all the time, waiting for you to screw up. she wore revealing clothes and got scorned by teenagers' mothers. but seriously. she's an entertainer. she's not a teacher to be schooling your kids.
yes, she'd gone haywire eversince her public breakup with Justin. and somehow, everyone blamed her for it and sided with Justin. maybe because he's cuter and all his fans can now have pictures of him at red carpet events w/o Britney beside him.
i may be biased because i like her, like her music and stuff. but i really feel the public and paparazzi should lay off her until she gets back up on her feet. who can handle the constant scrutiny she's been facing by the public and paparazzi? it's insane! it's not any wonder why she's gone berserk.
i feel she's having a meltdown, a breakdown. her family's falling apart, her career is waning, she's struggling with her kids... and then you have these cameras right up to your nose. who can take that?
she's done really embarrassing things eversince she married to that no good husband of hers. but at the same time, she should've known when to be public about certain things and when to be private about it.
still, once you're a name everyone knows, it's hard to keep away from the limelight when you have paparazzi pitching tents outside your residency.
