I don't know what your talking about but I live in Florida and I have been wanting thoes tickets for so so long, But I didn't get them in time your cousin is lucky. It depends..... Do you have backstage passes? If you do its a definite YES. Im not sure but I know if you get there really EARLY or stay really LATE you will meet her. From sources I say no but check on www.mileyworld.com I guarantee it will say!

There's an Ultimate Miley World party 2 hours before each concert. It's in this big pink tour bus with Miley on it . You can do kareoke and play games and even enter a chance to meet Miley Cyrus. That's how you do it.
I run a Jonas Brothers website and contacted all the venues that they will be hitting during the "Best of Both Worlds" tour with Miley. This venue has stated there will be no meet & greet.
First of all, how did she get $26,000? I would have to say no, considering the size of Hannah Montana concerts. My friend went to a Bon Jovi concert and couldn't meet the guys there, let along a concert by one of the most popular people in music! I'd have to say no.
