I know it's a daft name, but they were amazing and had a kind of skiffle/jazz/punk/rock n roll fusion sound. Anyway I loved it, bought a tape, saw 'em in a couple of other places. Then they turned up on telly doing the music for a tv drama called "Gone to the Dogs". Ok, so they were semi-famous for 5 minutes, but I think it still counts, doesn't it?
