No shes not the ticket brockers that bough all of her concert tickets and are selling them for thousands of dollars, so their being sued. Miley is not being sued.
her fan club is being sued by fans that became members, one of the perks was to be able to be guaranteed first choice of tickets for her concert. they did not get them and the concert was sold out. i think it will be sorted out and the lawsuit will be dropped. her dad knows the business very well, and will work this issue out and her fans will be happy once3 again.
