I actually don't think he is,I don't mean to sound rude,but with Dale Winton I can just tell,whereas Simon seems different to me.He also gave a statement on Yahoo news claiming he isn't and said some other things aswell,I think he is just defending himself by putting it out in public rather than not say anything and have people speculate.
