I think that it was on purpose some basterd set it up!
Seemed sketchy to me, but I don't think anyone ever was accused of foul play.
Accidental, if something burst in his brain then it was an anyurism but he was way to young for that but I know his sun died while filming a movie, put a gun( shoots blanks) to his head and pulled the triger, though no bullit came out, he didn't realize that blanks are loaded with powder and pack and that was what penetrated his temple, simple paper, but deadly.
