I'm sure that the cut must've hurt and he's insides were probably burning from embarrassment =S!). Hope everythings fine though.

yeah it looks like he got cut but he'll be alright.
I think what we can learn from this is that things like that happen to everyone and looking at the blood he's just lke all of us he bleeds red!
