It makes no sense to me that if the jail was overcrowded, that was the problem. She has money, and money talks in this world.
I can't believe she's gotten two DUI's and hasn't spent that much time in jail. She is a young woman, and is she even old enough to drink?
All I know is three DUI's and that means a felony. The court is absolutely obsurd not doing anything about this.
I personally had a DUI when I was 19. I had to go through classes and two years of probation. Is she not on probation? If you get another DUI or ANYTHING while on probation, you go back to jail.
Her fame is causing a very big part of her release and her easy outs on everything. Rehab obviously didn't work.
Overcrowding?? yeah right. Just like the other celebrities, they get special treatment. I'm sure everyone got an autograph and pictures and the rest of the crap. If it were you or me??? We would still be there next to Big Bertha and Lulu....overcrowded or not.
YEAH RIGHTTTTT lindsay lohan is so gay.....she got out of jail because she is a celebrity and has money.....they think they can do whatever they want whenever and they can get away with it. Her especially should be locked up.
i think part of it is that she is a celebrity, and that there probably was some money exchange. that's why she had a good lawyer to begin with. that's how these things go.
but it is true that there is overcrowding. the same goes for in illinois too. i've known people to get super early release on pretty bad stuff.
It is called "celebrity justice". It is making a mockery of our judicial system.
I doubt I would have been chosen ahead of her.
