ya he did i didn't notice at first but i rewound and watched again i was like poor joe! i am just glad he is ok with no serious damage

Yes when he fell he cut his hands on the glass.
He also banged up his knees, which he didn't notice until he went backstage and someone told him it was bleeding.
Thanksfully Joe got treated and his fine :D
