No it's just a joke between the 2 of them he does it with the host of americian idol too. Simon has also said that Louis isn't gay and sharon has too, it has been reported in the newspapers that Louis and Simon have been to lapdancer clubs etc together and when that ex-lapdancer auditioned this year for the x factor sharon said to both of them i'm surprised you two haven't seen her before and they just laughed and said no we haven't. Also when chris Moyles did the celebrity x factor and he was voted off he sang and he said to sharon i love you and louis i love you too even though i know your not that way!!!!!. So no i don't think Louis is at all gay and it's just banter between simon and Louis as he does refer to simon as being camp all the time too.
I thought he was a straight pipe and slippers, loner type of man.
