Do you think Brittany Spears deserves to have her kids taken away?!
Question: I know Britany Spears has some issues but does she really deserve to have her kids taken away? I mean I live in a town where there are alot of young and single moms that go out and get drunk all of the time and I don't see there kids being removed from the home. I just think maybe some parenting classes or mediation would've been more of a success for brittany and kevin and their kids. I think everyone involved is just trying to get their 15 minutes of fame. I am not a Spears fan but I am a mom and if my kids were takin from me, I would'nt know what to do, just like her.

I'm with you, there are kids out there being beaten, raped, starved...there are plenty of kids in need of rescue. I think Britney and who ever he is could have worked this out in court, instead of wasting tax payer money on the "star" value.

Good question. I would say yes and no. If another parent was more responsible, yes. However, they (Britney and K-Fed) seem like terrible parents. So, I would say no.

Brittany needs to go back to Louisiana or wherever she is from and detox. She did things backwards. She should have partied and got that out of her system, married and then had kids.

i would say yes just because of the drugs...........i think that any mother who does drugs should be taken away from her kids but if not for the drugs she should be able to keep her kids
it's britney, and i totally think she should have been allowed to keep her kids. it's so so so terrible to have your kids taken away from you, it's too much of a punishment for her. Besides, I think it'll scar the kids for life, too. I mean, to be taken away from your mother at such an early age? It's horrible! Even kids who have moms that beat them up, love their mothers.
she has been very immature and irresponsible. her kids where not taken away just given to the better parent. all she needs to do is grow up. i believe she could be a good mom if she stops partying and focuses on motherhood and her career. there is no need to go out drinking all night.
just because many moms do that it doesn't mean that it's correct and acceptable.I would take her kids from her for sometime and if she would feel that she misses them she could take them back but behave properly.She may be a star but she's a mother and this should come first

When a man loses rights to visit his kids just because he and his wife got divorced because she doesn't love him anymore, but a woman can get high and drunk, drive illegally, and threaten the safety of her children by her unlawful living style then I have lost all faith in the system.
