    • As far as the serial TARA is concerned i think you are referring to--RAKESH BEDI . he usually appears in a lot of searials. he has done--- EK DUJE KE LIYE , CHASHME BADUUR etc. films. May have acted opposite sunny deol which movie i am not sure. he is plump & fair in complexion.
    His name is Vivek Shauk. He was introduced by Jaspal Bhati in Ultal Pulta & Flop Show.
    I guess he is Rahul Dev.
